Ocean Fusion
We offer a range of kitesurfing courses and watersports experience days from our base on Hayling Island as well as now offering kitesurfing holidays to the Caribbean and Spain. Our kitesurfing courses cater for a wide scope of student requirements, from comprehensive courses aimed at total beginners to coaching for intermediate kitesurfers. Our experience days are for those simply seeking a fun filled day out on the water and involve a choice of wakeboarding or a high speed adrenalin filled experience aboard a surf racing boat. Finally, if it is sun, sand, palm trees and awesome wind conditions you are looking for, we now are offering kitesurfing holidays to the Caribbean on board a 43ft catamaran, and a bit closer to home, kitesurfing holidays to Spain.
Our Ethos
We are passionate about kitesurfing, not only in terms of the enjoyment we gain from our personal riding, but from the satisfaction we derive from providing students with the skills for their first ride. Our approach to teaching kitesurfing is comprehensive, not only do we provide personalised instruction to develop your skills, but we endeavour for our students to fully understand the dynamics of kitesurfing and we aim to develop safe yet confident kitesurfers. Whilst we are a commercial operation, we love what we do and in terms of what we offer our clients, we always endeavour to surpass our commercial obligations. Furthermore, whether it be on a kitesurfing course, an experience day or a kitesurfing holiday we like to promote a culture of camaraderie and to cultivate an lively animated social atmosphere with our clients.
Origins
The first seeds of the concept that would evolve into Ocean Fusion as it is today were sown on a beach whilst on a kitesurfing trip to the Caribbean. Having spent two weeks kitesurfing in paradise surrounded by azure waters, white sands, palm trees and a friendly crowd of chilled out kitesurfers, the prospect of returning to "normal life" in the city was not only daunting, it actually seemed ridiculous. On the last day of the trip, sitting on the beach watching the sun sink into the ocean, the resolution was made to begin a new lifestyle that would fuse people, kitesurfing and the ocean, hence Ocean Fusion was born.
